3/24(World TB Day)~~Campus Tuberculosis Education & Awareness Slogans

Tuberculosis (TB) is a statutory infectious disease in Taiwan. To prevent the transmission of TB on campus, we kindly ask for your vigilance. If you notice anyone around you exhibiting suspicious symptoms, please encourage them to wear a mask and seek medical attention immediately. Furthermore, we invite all departments and student organizations to utilize LED electronic billboards, scrolling tickers, or other promotional channels to display TB prevention posters or slogans (as attached) during the two weeks surrounding "World TB Day" on March 24th. For additional educational resources, please visit the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) official website under the section: Infectious Diseases & Medical Response > Infectious Diseases > Tuberculosis to browse and download materials. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a healthy and safe campus environment.

《Campus Tuberculosis Education & Awareness Slogans》

  • TB is curable. Seek medical advice if you have a cough lasting over two weeks.
  • Latent TB is not contagious. Get screened and treated to eliminate TB.
  • Wear a mask in poorly ventilated areas. See a doctor for a persistent two-week cough, and inform them of your travel or contact history for early diagnosis and treatment.
